This class is taught by professional pastry chef Jennifer Altman, who is flying over from California to deliver a series of special one-off Masterclasses with Culinary Anthropologist.  Don't miss out!

This class is for serious chocolate-lovers!  You will learn a pastry chef's secrets for making perfect chocolate confections and desserts, including flavoured truffles dipped in tempered chocolate, chocolate panna cotta, the ultimate chocolate cake and more…

This is a demonstration class, with plenty of tastings and drinks, and chocolate treats to take home too.
