squid stew 3At this masterclass you will learn how to open oysters, how to check and prepare mussels and clams, and how to deal with squid and cuttlefish. The class is suited to shellfish and seafood novices and enthusuiasts alike.

Come along to cook up a delicious feast and then enjoy it with several glasses of well deserved wine.



Oysters Rockefeller

Chilled mussels on the half shell with mignonette sauce

Mussels alla buzara (typical of Istria, with garlic, wine, breadcrumbs and parsley)

Clam and seaweed chowder

Squid stew with saffron and orange

Cuttlefish risotto (with cuttlefish ink)
